On the internal sales supervisor’s or sales manager’s team, this person will be responsible for managing the sold projects assigned to him or her. In addition, he or she will provide support to customers and other team members.
• Analyze the bids sold• Evaluate the technical content of plans and specifications and, in consultation with the engineer’s representative (DVIC), ensure that the products sold meet specified requirements• Make technical drawings for approval• Select equipment that meets the requirements of plans and specifications and customers’ needs• Coordinate with various suppliers and contractors according to the latest adjustments at the worksite• Ensure that notices of change and site guidelines are taken into account in coordination• Follow up to ensure that we have all the needed information from customers/suppliers within reasonable deadlines:- Provide after-sales technical support to customers and all the team’s stakeholders for the project that has been sold (coordinator, external representative, supervisor, etc.)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience• Specialized studies in building services (DCS in building services or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/building/construction)• Bilingual in French and English• Strong sales skills- Provide good customer service• Autonomy and thoroughness in managing priorities:- Organizational skills- Initiative and resourcefulness•Teamwork• Ability to work under pressure- Timeliness- Wise decision-making- Effective management of priorities• Strong communicator- Ability to work with all the company’s hierarchical levels- Have an effective, structured approach to communicating with customers• Tact and politeness
