On the internal sales supervisor’s or sales manager’s team, this person will be responsible for managing the sold projects assigned to him or her. In addition, he or she will provide support to customers and other team members.

Principal tasks:

• Analyze the bids sold
• Evaluate the technical content of plans and specifications and, in consultation with the engineer’s representative (DVIC), ensure that the products sold meet specified requirements
• Make technical drawings for approval
• Select equipment that meets the requirements of plans and specifications and customers’ needs
• Coordinate with various suppliers and contractors according to the latest adjustments at the worksite
• Ensure that notices of change and site guidelines are taken into account in coordination
• Follow up to ensure that we have all the needed information from customers/suppliers within reasonable deadlines:
- Provide after-sales technical support to customers and all the team’s stakeholders for the project that has been sold (coordinator, external representative, supervisor, etc.)

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Specialized studies in building services (DCS in building services or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/building/construction)
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong sales skills
