As a data analyst at the Master Group, your main responsibility will be to provide users of the business lines under your responsibility with management information supporting decision-making in a user-friendly, simple, understandable way. While doing so, you will collaborate with various stakeholders in the company to understand their issues, document the data flow and give them analytical support mainly by creating reports and dashboards.
- Participate in defining the information needs of sectors in the company under his or her responsibility with the aim of providing reports/dashboards that will guide decision-making- Collaborate with stakeholders in these same sectors to document the reports they use, validate their relevance and adapt their conversion into a BI tool by increasing the analysis and information visualization capabilities- Actively collaborate with the IT team to define and put in place the information fields needed for creating the required reports/dashboards- Analyze and process available data to translate them into KPIs adapted to users’ functions and hierarchical levels- Document information fields, processes and the data flow related to developing reports and dashboards- Collaborate with data analysts from other sectors to connect and continuously evolve analytics capabilities by developing various data models that will more actively support decision-making- Be an ambassador for the importance of accessing, understanding and using the available data by providing analytics support to the leaders of the business lines under his or her responsibility- Participate in defining organizational needs that will provide the framework for choosing, implementing and developing BI tools
