Reporting to the after-sales service logistics supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for, among other things, communications between our company, suppliers and contractors. In addition, this person will enter orders and plan deliveries.
• Perform administrative tasks for projects submitted to him or her• Update project management software• Communicate with manufacturers• Closely monitor projects’ progress through delivery• Send the necessary documentation to put orders into production• Update invoicing software• Inform contractors about the progress of their orders• Coordinate the departure from the factory with the manufacturer, carrier and contractor• Plan delivery to the worksite, office or warehouse• Communicate effectively with the After-Sales Service Department (ASSD) when a start-up is required• Make needed credit or debit adjustments as appropriate
