Reporting to the Director - Human Resources Business Partnership team, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the human resources strategy in order to foster our high-performance culture for the Central Canada (Ontario) Region.

As a trusted partner to our people leaders, the Senior Human Resources Business Partner will utilize their business acumen to support our business goals and drive performance.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources management or industrial relations, combined with relevant experience of 5 to 8 years in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role
- Bilingual fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of provincial employment legislation, in-depth knowledge of human resources practices and policies, particularly in the areas of labor law
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
- Strong aptitude for technology applications
- Mentoring and coaching skills with a mature outlook to problem solving
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work proactively and positively as part of a team acting with a sense of urgency
- Strong priority management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and strong judgement
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time within Ontario Canada
