Under the supervision of the Product Director, Residential Ducted, the Dealer Program Team Manager will supervise the dealer support team to ensure the implementation of the national dealer programs, dealer support, strategies and communications to dealers and internal sales teams.
o Dealer Support Management: Oversee the dealer support team and administration of the dealer programs, website portal, co-op procedures/processing and rebate reporting. o Communications: Establish a communication platform and delivery methodology nationally and regionally of dealer programs and promotions (where applicable).o Dealer Programs Coordination: Utilising PM administration team to implement and deliver consistent dealer programs nationally across all regions. o Processes: To review and establish procedures necessary to effectively implement the programs for dealers and internal teamso Development and Onboarding: Working with PM, provide materials and onboarding tools needed to develop the sales teams.o Programs Planning: To adapt to the changes as the program and sales strategy evolves in short, medium and long term.o Projects and Event Support: Assist product manager with special projects and tasks that require coordination and implementation – including (but not limited to) dealer meetings, home shows, factory tours, etc.Supervisory Responsibilities:o Manage the dealer support teams o To define clear roles and responsibilities among the team.o Participate in decision to recruit new employees o Provide individual feedback and conduct annual performance reviews as laid out by HR team.o To ensure direct reports follow the companies core value and ethics policies.
