The human resources technician’s main duty will be to provide administrative support to the HR team and assist managers and employees in administration of human resources activities.
• Update and process information related to employees’ files in the various human resources systems and ensure its accuracy and confidentiality• Respond to requests from employees and managers and refer all requests to the competent people or relevant department in the company• Retrieve and produce reports from various HR systems• Write and translate various notices and memos• Organize and classify files and archives with the appropriate methods• Participate in organizing trainings and follow-ups on mandatory training
• Relevant experience in human resources or administration (asset)• Spoken and written bilingualism (essential)• Knowledge of Excel (asset)• Thoroughness and precision• Outstanding communication and writing skills• Organization and autonomy• Discretion
