The human resources technician’s main duty will be to provide administrative support to the HR team and assist managers and employees in administration of human resources activities.

Principal tasks:

• Update and process information related to employees’ files in the various human resources systems and ensure its accuracy and confidentiality
• Respond to requests from employees and managers and refer all requests to the competent people or relevant department in the company
• Retrieve and produce reports from various HR systems
• Write and translate various notices and memos
• Organize and classify files and archives with the appropriate methods
• Participate in organizing trainings and follow-ups on mandatory training


• Relevant experience in human resources or administration (asset)
• Spoken and written bilingualism (essential)
• Knowledge of Excel (asset)
• Thoroughness and precision
• Outstanding communication and writing skills
• Organization and autonomy
• Discretion
