We are looking for a dynamic person to join our team of heating sales representatives at our Quebec City branch. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products to customers, assessing their needs and submitting proposals that will result as often as possible in a sale.

Principal tasks:

• Assess customer needs and resources and recommend appropriate goods and services
• Provide data for product design when goods and services must be tailored to the customer’s needs
• Write reports or proposals as part of their sales talks to demonstrate the benefits of using the good or service
• Assess the installation and maintenance costs of the equipment or service
• Communicate with customers after the sale to resolve issues and ensure follow-up
• Resolve technical problems related to equipment
• Train the customer’s staff as needed in the equipment’s use and maintenance

Requirements:

• SSD or SSVD in refrigeration/plumbing/heating
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC-R systems
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort with computer systems and internet research
• Be focused on results and customer satisfaction
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Analytical, organizational and planning skills
