SUMMARY1. Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Manager ready to lead a team of marketing professionals in the Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry (HVAC-R)? 2. Do you have a proven ability to develop and deliver effective and measurable online and traditional marketing strategies that meet or exceed campaign objectives? 3. Do you have experience building successful vendor co-op marketing programs and have excellent knowledge of the intricacies of B2B marketing? If you answered yes to all three questions, then this could be the job for you!Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Customer Experience, you will take charge of driving revenue growth through creative marketing strategies on a regional and national scale as well as develop, from scratch, a robust vendor co-op marketing program that successfully meets the needs & marketing objectives of The Master Group and its partners. You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams to determine optimal use of the marketing budget to help reach the company’s strategic business objectives. Want to learn more? • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (regional & national) that promote our value proposition, drive awareness of our brands and generate leads and sales to meet strategic business objectives• Function as the Eastern (Quebec & the Maritimes) and Central regions Marketing manager to ensure all marketing campaigns, promotions, events and activities are fully executed on time and budget in each region.• Build a strategic vendor co-op marketing program to maximize the use of manufacturer coop funds to meets the needs and goals of both the manufacturer and The Master Group while providing the best overall customer experience. • Manage a team of 2-3 awesome marketing professionals• Promote new products, service capabilities or new features and functionalities aligned with our business.• Support the production of content to drive engagement on our digital channels• Use data analytics, reports, and A/B testing strategies when using paid media to provide strong re-turn on investment (i.e., Social media, SEM, digital campaigns, etc.)• Participate in building marketing strategy, budgets, and forecasts for revenue and expenses.• Budget management
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field, MBA an advantage but not required• 7-10 years of professional, hands-on marketing experience of which 3+ years in a B2B environment with some exposure to the HVAC-R industry preferred.• Strong understanding of how current traditional and digital marketing channels function• Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.• Strategic and creative problem solver, excellent listener and communicator, with strong project management skills• Influential, proactive, collaborative, versatile leader, with a strong sense of self-direction, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead multiple and challenging work priorities, demands, and changes• Ability to engage key internal and external partners to achieve objectives• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
