You will report to the HR Director – Center of expertise and you will work closely with the senior leadership team to strengthen Master’s organizational effectiveness and culture. You will also partner with HRBPs and business leaders to enhance both organizational and team effectiveness, and individual employee performance, growth and engagement.

Principal tasks:

• Design, develop and implement an organizational design framework and guiding principles. Ensure adoption and consistent application of the methodology. Provide organizational design consultation and expertise to create optimum structure and roles aligned with the business strategy.
• In M&A, provide the expertise necessary to design optimally integrated structures that maximize synergies and value
• Design, develop and implement a leadership development framework and governance. Create Company-wide development initiatives and talent assessments for employees, leaders and teams; including but not limited to, leadership development programs, high potential employee programs, talent pools, career paths, etc.
• Lead the annual performance management process, tools/resources, communication plan, and timeline, and ensure continuously improvement to reflect the speed of change in organizations today.
• Partner in the implementation of a new company-wide culture and employee engagement survey. Including facilitating listening sessions, identifying improvement opportunities, supporting the development of employee engagement strategies and action plans, designing pulse surveys, as well as gathering insights both internally and externally.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Business leaders to identify opportunities to continuously improve and maximize employee engagement and performance throughout the employee experience; including onboarding, performance management, learning & development, rewards & recognition and talent management.
• Continue evolving and optimizing Master’s future of hybrid work model. Focusing on developing leaders and employees on how to lead themselves and teams in hybrid work. And focusing on nurturing Master’s culture and creating a sense of belonging. Develop adoption strategies and lead the various stages of transition.
• Elaborate and deploy strategies to promote Master’s values and to foster an inclusive, high performing and engaging culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development and 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in a global role or in a multi-site organization
• Fluently bilingual in French and English (essential)
• Problem solver and action oriented
• Strong Project Management experience and flexible to move between projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong influence and coaching skills
• Facilitator, you are dynamic and able to empower and challenge individuals to engage in the change journey and learning
