With locations in Windsor and London, its team of Applied Engineering Specialists and experienced representatives support customers in the commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential markets.While we proudly offer knowledgeable and effective product sales staff, our services extend to providing design assistance, product selections, and qualified project management. The incumbent will be responsible for managing incoming calls, order entry, and promote company products to generate increased sales and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide an outstanding level customer of service• Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside sales team with quotation requests• Manage all incoming phone calls in a professional manner• Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers• Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction• Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication• Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures• Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner• Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness• Various other related duties including on-call duties to support the branch as assigned by supervisor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Previous counter sales, or customer service experience• Knowledge of refrigeration (an asset)• Professional phone manner and customer service skills• Good sales abilities and persuasiveness• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively• Problem solving abilities• High School Diploma• Ability to work under pressure unsupervised• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude• Good organization skills• Professional demeanor• Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset)• Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset)• Safety footwear required
