Contributing to the sound management of the company and its credibility by ensuring reliable and timely financial information. Developing and implementing effective internal controls.
- Participating in the development of tools and the consolidation process to allow reporting of the monthly and annual financial results of Master’s divisions (US/CAD).- Participating in the preparation of the budget of corporate functions and the consolidation of budgetary financial information- Participating in the preparation of presentations for the Board of Directors- Identifying and implementing relevant internal controls related to divisions’ finance teams while considering Master’s operational efficiency and entrepreneurial spirit- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making a number of recommendations to members of the finance management team- Ensuring that internal controls are effective so that accounting activities comply with established regulatory and legal procedures- Supporting the consolidation manager in acquisition and integration projects
