Assist the Western region establish or put in place processes and procedures related programs, events and administration that is consistent with Master Group.

Principal tasks:

Travel Planning
o Help support Master Group with branch and dealer events such as home shows, dealer meetings, training, factory tours
o Book travel for western team
o Dealer Transactions Analysis of all the COOP claims
o Create credit for COOP in SXE
o Create credit for Volume Rebate credit

HVAC Navigator
o delegated administrator responsibility
o Dealer registration
o Users additions for dealer purposes

HVAC Navigator task (Programs)
o Provide dealer point of contact support with Navigator and Channel Fusion
o HPP (home partner program) exporting data in UPG net
o DCP (dealer conversion program) exporting data in UPG net
o Analysis for DDI and SPIFF program


Assist with generating sales reports monthly for Managers -Generate maps of all the dealers by Sales Rep -Responsible of document process for Sales Compensations (After Sales Adjustment) - Coordinate and help with sales events and internal employees events.

Responsible to maintaining the CRM customer info for each sales rep up to date -Responsible to maintaining Dealer List up to date -Sales support coordinator for Residential and Commercial Territory Managers -Responsible to help and direct customers (Dealers) for any inquire related to the programs, UPG and some promotions -Responsible to maintain the marketing promotional for customers -Other administrative task related to Sales Team and the Managing team

Requirements:

o A high emphasis on customer service
o Strong administrative skills and task oriented
o Good Knowledge of MS Office and web based software
o Able to work adapt role in a rapidly changing environment
