The incumbent will promote products to customers by evaluating their needs. Provide pricing solutions to gain orders. Input orders and provide after PO support.
• Identification of client’s needs & resources• Propose solutions for the design of a specific product to be adapted to clients’ needs• Draft and communicate reports and proposals to positively demonstrate benefits of product to influence the customers buying decision• Cross reference to find replacement product• Provide detailed quotation to support proposal.• Retrieve PO from the customer, enter the order and source the product• Follow up by contacting customers after the sale to resolve problems• Order non stock items and call customer when they arrive.• Provide after PO support to answer questions, meet delivery expectations and resolve issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Previous similar working experience in HVAC field with advanced technical knowledge• Relevant College and/or University education (HVAC)• Professional phone manner and customer service skills• Knowledge of MS Office programs• Good sales abilities and persuasiveness• Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills• Ability to close sales and work under pressure• Good communication and organizational skills• Initiative & resourcefulness• Completion of sales related training programs (an asset)
