Reporting to the Director Virtual Branch and Digital Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible to develop and manage marketing digital initiatives.
Identify consumer awareness/acquisition opportunities by target audience and marketing channelDevelop and project manage marketing/communication digital initiatives, including paid advertising, social, native, affiliates, influencers, email communications, and website promotionsCollaborate with ecommerce team, marketing/communication team, external agencies and vendors to deliver and optimize digital marketing/communication programsBuild and refine a robust and engaging social media strategy for Master. This includes contributing content and building engagement on all social media platforms as well as finding opportunities to leverage internal content externallySupport the development and management of the Master leadership team digital profiles and their communicationsTrack metrics to support the effectiveness of both internal and external communicationsWork with Analysts and 3rd party suppliers to compile, review and communicate monthly/quarterly qualitative and quantitative reports on digital marketing performance, defining and driving actionable insights for future efforts; communicating best practices and sharing lessons learnedWork to gain efficiencies and scalability within processes and protocols as it pertains to digital marketing executionMonitor competitors’ successes and shortcomings, as well as relevant brands that exhibit best in class digital marketing programsKeep informed of industry activities as well as new digital approaches, resources, opportunities and best practicesExplore, examine and introduce innovative new techniques, programs, formats and channels that can improve campaign performance and/or ROICoordinate social media campaigns, email campaigns, campaign landing pages. marketing automation platforms, prepare and adjust content and call-to-actions and optimize campaign towards maximized ROI, engagement and qualified lead generationDevelop recommendations for new growth initiatives and platforms, programs and initiatives that scale customer acquisition
• BA/BS, MBA or equivalent work experience• 3-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience, including acquisition campaigns, email drip programs , SMS messaging campaigns, funnel optimization, promotions and/or merchandising. B2C knowledge is an asset• 3- 5 years of direct oversight of some or all the following: digital marketing , social media marketing, promotions, influencer marketing, partnership marketing, funnel optimization, Ecommerce promotions• Strong familiarity with implementing best practices in all marketing/communication digital functions such as: acquisition marketing (email, banner ads, online video, paid search and SEO, etc.), and web analytics• Experience working with and managing agencies• Ability to easily turn ideation into detailed execution• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive recommendations, articulate trade-offs, and communicate plans• Ability to juggle a range of project initiatives, balancing quality and speed• High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains• First-hand, in-depth experience with digital marketing, marketing automation tools and marketing operations and promotion platforms• A strong background in campaign marketing, with a focus on demand generation, profiling & segmentation, database marketing, and content marketing• Excellent verbal, written and visual communications skills, polished interpersonal and influencing skills• Ability to build relationships and manage external vendors• Highly organized, detail-oriented and collaborative• Energetic and self-motivated
