The main duties of the E-Commerce Developer will be to analyze, design, develop and test new features related to Master’s e-business platform, both at the front- and back-end. He or she will also provide expertise on opportunities for improvement and help improve the elements in place.

He or she must also participate in application support when necessary.

Principal tasks:

• Acting as a front- and back-end technical expert
• Developing, maintaining and supporting the Master virtual branch (e-commerce platform)
• Ensure quality control for changes made and documenting them
• Working with internal collaborators on different management tools (Jira, SharePoint, Excel)

Requirements:

• DCS/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
• 3–5 years of relevant experience

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
• Mastery of software development cycles
• Experience with Magento Commerce 2 (Adobe Cloud)
• Experience in PHP and MySQL
• Good knowledge of OS/Database and data manipulation/migration
• Knowledge of the development of Rest API/Web Services
• Mastery of Javascript and CSS
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch (an asset)
