The incumbent will be responsible for managing incoming calls, order entry, and promote company products to generate increased sales and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls, emails and assist walk-in clients at the counter;• Offer an outstanding Customer service;• Identification of clients' needs and resources and propose appropriate products or services;• Order entry;• Supply data for the design of a specific product to be adapted to clients' needs;• After sale follow-ups with customers to ensure entire satisfaction and resolve problems if required;• Train customers' staff on the use and maintenance of the purchased products, when required.
