The mission of the collaboration tools specialist is to implement a uniform approach to using collaboration tools in the organization. Through documentation, training and personalized assistance, he or she will help the organization capitalize on its software investments while facilitating the daily work of the organization’s resources.

Passionate about new collaboration tools and software, the ideal candidate promotes adopting new, effective ways of working with different tools and software. He or she ensures that the organization is always at the cutting edge of technology and continuously supports leaders and users throughout the process.

Principal tasks:

- Ensuring the sound management of tools and optimal use of multimedia software and tools
- Ensuring that users are provided with a technological environment conducive to information sharing and conversation among coworkers
- Preparing trainings, workshops, video clips and procedures for using various collaboration tools
- Promoting the use of collaboration tools within the company
- Thoroughly understanding customers’ situations and needs to target solutions and technological approaches to meet their needs
- Overseeing the evolution of tools and implementation of collaboration systems
- Loving work with the organization’s various internal clients

Requirements:

- Passionate about new technologies that facilitates users’ daily work
- Interpersonal skills, articulate, a good public speaker, a good trainer
- Leadership during training sessions
- Enjoying interacting with customers and well-developed customer service skills
- Writes clear, precise documentation
- Advanced level in English
- Understanding the importance of collaboration tools in a company
- Good knowledge of Cisco products (WebEx, Jabber), Sharepoint, webinar, video conferences, etc.
