The branch sales representative acts as a resource person for promoting our products to customers, assessing their needs and submitting proposals that will most often result in a sale. In this role, the person has the opportunity to have a close relationship with the Master Group’s customers and plays an important role in building customer loyalty.
• Providing exceptional, professional customer service, whether at the counter, by phone, by SMS or by email• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate goods and services• Processing orders and bids using our various software and supporting the internal sales team with calls for bids• Ordering parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buyers and suppliers• Following up with customers after sales to ensure their full satisfaction, resolving problems and handling claims• In collaboration with the entire team, taking the physical inventory and daily count to maintain their accuracy• Informing and supporting customers’ employees as needed about the use and maintenance of purchased products with user manuals• Preparing orders for customers who show up on site• Regularly monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of orders in the system• Helping the team in the warehouse depending on the workload (as needed)• Preparing billing and processing billing statements (as required)• Performing all other related tasks
• Completed secondary school diploma• Experience working in sales, customer service or in a construction or retail field• Experience in the HVAC-R market or similar technical field• Training related to the sales field or in an HVAC-R field (an asset)• Computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Outlook)• Excellent verbal and written communication in French.
