The incumbent in this position will, among other things, check sales invoices and act as an office clerk.

Principal tasks:

• Processing various requests for internal billing and corrections from other departments/branches according to the determined schedule
• Processing cancellation requests
• Answering questions related to invoicing from various departments
• Processing/Sending invoices to customers
• Performing tasks and doing follow-ups related to invoicing during branches’ inventories and the end of the month/year
• Checking, scanning, and processing various billing documents using the computer program in place
• Providing support for reception tasks during absences
• Performing various related tasks

Requirements:

AEC in accounting or secretarial work
Knowledge of MS Office software
Very good knowledge of French and English
Having excellent teamwork abilities
Having a good ability to work on multiple files at once, sometimes within rather tight deadlines
Having good communication skills
Having highly developed organizational skills
Demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness
Having the ability to work quickly on a task without reducing the quality of the work done
