Contributing to the sound management of the company and its credibility by ensuring reliable and timely financial information.

Developing and implementing effective internal controls.

Principal tasks:

- Participating in the development of tools and the consolidation process to allow reporting of the monthly and annual financial results of Master’s divisions (US/CAD).

- Participating in the preparation of the budget of corporate functions and the consolidation of budgetary financial information

- Participating in the preparation of presentations for the Board of Directors

- Identifying and implementing relevant internal controls related to divisions’ finance teams while considering Master’s operational efficiency and entrepreneurial spirit

- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making a number of recommendations to members of the finance management team

- Ensuring that internal controls are effective so that accounting activities comply with established regulatory and legal procedures

- Supporting the consolidation manager in acquisition and integration projects

Requirements:

At least 2 to 4 years of experience in the field of consolidation and financial reporting
Experience in an accounting firm is an asset
Experience with financial and consolidation systems
Experience in internal controls
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
CPA designation (essential)
Bilingual
