Principal tasks:

- You will attract the best candidates by improving the Master Group’s visibility through social networks, the Internet and other distribution channels.
- You will develop and offer a unique candidate experience.
- You will act as a mentor with people who are new to recruiting.
- You will be part of a collaborative team where mutual aid is in our DNA.
- You will develop and maintain relationships with major educational institutions, employment organizations and other business partners.
- You will participate in continuous improvement projects and get involved in talent acquisition strategies.


- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or any other relevant educational background
- Experience with interview techniques and tools
- Experience with recruitment techniques through social networks
- Experience using an ATS
