Reporting to the Real Estate Director, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient management, proactive maintenance, and support of the region’s real estate portfolio.

Principal tasks:

Serve as primary point of contact for the region’s real estate portfolio
Conduct bi-annually inspection of all facilities in the region, prepare site visit reports and establish action plan for all required interventions
Collaborate with the regional operation’s director and the real estate director to identify and implement cost efficient initiatives/improvements
Participate in integration of acquisition projects for the region
Manage all Facilities for the region including:
o Manage contracts related to the Real Estate services such as housekeeping, maintenance, alarm system and other services for the region
o In collaboration with the Director, create the annual budget and proceed with analysis of monthly expenditures throughout the year
o Collaborate in health and safety initiatives and implement recommendations in the sites concerned for the region
o Handle communications with the Landlords regarding facility issues for the region
Assisting the department Director as needed with all projects and duties for the region
Provide onsite projects supervision for the region
Be the on-call person to address any emergencies related to the region’s real estate portfolio
Any other related task, as required


University degree, major in Real Estate Management (an asset).
Comprehensive understanding of property management, leases management and its financial aspects;
Autonomous and self-motivated, candidates should have:
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines, manage priorities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong competency in MS office and relevant databases and software
• Bilingualism (a strong asset)
