The person will help to promote ventilation products to contractors, engineering firms and evaluate their needs. He or She will cover New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland territories. Also, he or she will assist property managers and building owners in the choice of equipment; submit proposals which will mostly turn into sales; responsible for developing new business as well as strengthening existing customer relationships.

Principales responsabilités :

PROMOTING PRODUCTS:

- Supply data and technical drawings for the design of specific products to be adapted to the client’s needs;
- Promote The Master Group’s ability to quote on public tenders as well as on design build projects;
- Identify competitive positioning of our products versus the competition;
- Acquire required technical knowledge in order to promote products (training provided);
- Attend trade shows, stay informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.

CONSIDERATION FOR CLIENTS:

- Identify client’s needs & resources, provide proposals for appropriate products or services;
- Communicate in writing & verbally to positively demonstrate benefits of products and services to influence the buying decision;
- Develop a close relationship with existing contractors and engineers;

COLLABORATION:

- Coordinate and resolve technical problems related to products (training provided) with internal colleagues;
- Ensure effective regional relationships with suppliers;
- Contact customers after the sale to resolve problems and ensure follow up;
- Set up and facilitate training seminars and presentations;

Exigences :

- Mechanical or Building System Engineering degree or equivalent experience in the sales environment or mechanical;
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel in the 4 eastern provinces of the country;
- Team player, open to coaching and following company’s objectives;
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, goal oriented and willing to learn.
