The incumbent will conduct research to explain the differences in inventories, verify various reports that affects the inventory such as Outstanding Sales Invoices report (SO), Pending Inventory Warehouse Transfers report (WT) and Non-Stock Inventory reports. The team lead will be overseeing the inventory control team in WC.

Principal tasks:

On a daily basis, answer all questions related to inventories or any other related matters to WC branches and team.
• For the WC branches, validate daily the cycle counts of inventory, check the discrepancies and update the system accordingly.
• Oversee the team for the preparation, plan, monitor and control the physical inventory count in all WC branches and do the necessary research to explain all discrepancies. Thereafter, using statistics and comments, submit a report of physical inventories.
• Data entry of inventory adjustments.
• Reconcile computer data versus manual counts of items in stock, which implies several searches by product and / or serial number.
• Train employees at different branches on internal control measures, company procedures, and SX. E program.
• Monitor and enforce internal control measure and Company policies.
• Monthly verification of SO, WT and non-stock inventories of WC branches.
• Monthly monitoring of SO at PCK level - for each branch.
• When quantities are forced into SO - WT - PORM, perform searches and inventories check.
• Follow proper RM-Non-Stock procedure as instructed.
• Check inventory not available in the system per branches.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• CPA designation (an asset)
• Previous relevant supervisory work experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
