The IT analyst will be responsible for documenting key processes with a view to proposing improvements to optimize them. He or she will also have a central role in collaboration with the technical manager and technical experts in developing the company’s IT systems and management methods.He or she will also help identify, assess and validate technical, functional and business needs to make improvements to existing IT systems or implement a new solution that better meets the organization’s needs.He or she will provide expertise on opportunities for improvement and will contribute to improving the process of managing requests from various business fields (requirements gathering, understanding issues, documenting functional requirements and rules needing to be implemented, and quality control).The company’s constant growth requires making a significant part of the application technology environment evolve and reviewing the methods in place to better support business entities.Current technologies: ERP (SX enterprise), e-commerce platform in full swing, Akeno (PIM) in rollout, multiple applications using WinDev technology.
