Reporting to the Director - Human Resources Business Partnership team, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the human resources strategy in order to foster our high-performance culture for Easter Canada (Quebec & Atlantic) Region.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources management or industrial relations, combined with relevant experience of 5 to 8 years in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) roleCRHA membership is an assetMust be fluent in French and EnglishKnowledge of provincial employment legislation, in-depth knowledge of human resources practices and policies, particularly in the areas of labor lawComfortable working in an ambiguous environmentStrong aptitude for technology applicationsMentoring and coaching skills with a mature outlook to problem solvingAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalismAbility to work proactively and positively as part of a team acting with a sense of urgencyStrong priority management and organizational skillsAbility to analyze and strong judgementValid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time within Eastern Canada (Quebec & Atlantic)
