Reporting to the Director - Human Resources Business Partnership team, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the human resources strategy in order to foster our high-performance culture for Easter Canada (Quebec & Atlantic) Region.

As a trusted partner to our people leaders, the Senior Human Resources Business Partner will utilize their business acumen to support our business goals and drive performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources management or industrial relations, combined with relevant experience of 5 to 8 years in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role
CRHA membership is an asset
Must be fluent in French and English
Knowledge of provincial employment legislation, in-depth knowledge of human resources practices and policies, particularly in the areas of labor law
Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
Strong aptitude for technology applications
Mentoring and coaching skills with a mature outlook to problem solving
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Ability to work proactively and positively as part of a team acting with a sense of urgency
Strong priority management and organizational skills
Ability to analyze and strong judgement
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time within Eastern Canada (Quebec & Atlantic)
