The Merchandise Returns Clerk will, among other things, ensure that the process of responding to claims is carried out based on the procedures and standards put in place.
- You will receive goods returned by the various branches.- You will ensure that the information required by various manufacturers is heeded within the warranties’ framework.- You will monitor and manage claim and equipment return files from suppliers.- You will track and manage equipment returns.- You will issue the return numbers of goods and track them.- For 10% to 15% of the time, you will be required to work in our distribution center and use a forklift.*Please note that we will take care of the forklift training.
- You hold a professionnal diploma in secretarial work or training relevant to the position.- You have experience in a warehouse and/or with forklift driving (asset).- You have a very good knowledge of French and English.- You are comfortable with the use of MS Office software.- You are comfortable using MS Office software.Qualities and Skills- You have an outstanding ability to work on a team and under pressure.- You communicate well, are organized and work efficiently.- You demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness.
