The Merchandise Returns Clerk will, among other things, ensure that the process of responding to claims is carried out based on the procedures and standards put in place.

Principal tasks:

- You will receive goods returned by the various branches.
- You will ensure that the information required by various manufacturers is heeded within the warranties’ framework.
- You will monitor and manage claim and equipment return files from suppliers.
- You will track and manage equipment returns.
- You will issue the return numbers of goods and track them.
- For 10% to 15% of the time, you will be required to work in our distribution center and use a forklift.
*Please note that we will take care of the forklift training.

Requirements:

- You hold a professionnal diploma in secretarial work or training relevant to the position.
- You have experience in a warehouse and/or with forklift driving (asset).
- You have a very good knowledge of French and English.
- You are comfortable with the use of MS Office software.
- You are comfortable using MS Office software.
