The Sales Director will be expected to develop, build and maintain successful partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders to achieve revenue and profitability objectives and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Principal tasks:

• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
• Develop strategies to generate cost effective sales leads
• Develop new sales initiatives to generate incremental revenues
• Manage the sales team and resources to deliver profitable growth
• Ensure sales activity is properly documented in company’s CRM
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships within the assigned region
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and address concerns as needed
• Participate in closing key strategic sales opportunities
• Participate in the regional budget process
• Frequent travel in the GTA to visit customers and job sites
• Lead, coach and motivate a high performing team of sales representatives to reach optimum. performance
with inbound and outbound selling
• Initiate, drive and support sales focused projects


▪ Post Secondary education in HVAC or a related discipline
▪ Experience in HVAC/R products and industry, specific refrigeration focus
▪ Advance knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
▪ Comfortable working with ERP software
▪ 5 to 10 years people management experience
▪ Able to travel periodically across North America as required
