The Receptionist has a crucial role to represent the Master Group as s/he is the first person our customers will interact with, either by phone or in person. Among his/her tasks, s/he will be responsible to greet customers by phone or in person, manage general administrative duties and support the team as required.
Principal tasks:Answer incoming calls, provide general information (address, fax number, directions etc.), dispatch calls accordinglyTake delivery, sort and distribute mail dailyResolve client complaints via phone, and/or emailBuild sustainable relationship through open and interactive communicationIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionGreet customers in a professional manner and ascertain problem or reason for callingAct as a backup for the office administrative team
Requirements:High School Diploma;Knowledge of MS Office programs.Ability to work under pressure;Good communicator;Good organization skills;Initiative and resourcefulness;Efficiency;Diplomacy and courtesy.
