This position will be a corporate resource for the product lines for which he/she is responsible. He/she will report to the Product Manager and will be involved in the marketing of products. He/she will be required to travel occasionally to the various Master Group locations to support the sales teams and customers.

Principal tasks:

- Promote the products for which he/she is responsible to the entire Master sales network
- Support the sales teams and customers
- Ensure after-sales service (coordination with service manager and manufacturers' support)
- Assist the product manager and product specialist during technical training
- Engage with suppliers to align strategic sales plans with supplier expectations.
- Identify the competitive positioning of products
- Be involved in the marketing of the different products
- Prepare marketing tools, catalogs and sales guides
- Coordinate with marketing and sales departments
- Be on the lookout for new technologies and ensure positioning in the market

Requirements:

- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Bilingualism: French and English
- Knowledge of the technical applications of aerothermal/geothermal products and residential air conditioning
- Knowledge of the market targeted by its products and the competition

REQUIRED TRAINING AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of aerothermal/geothermal and residential air conditioning.
- DEC in building mechanics or equivalent experience.
