The branch sales representative acts as a resource person for promoting our products to customers, assessing their needs and submitting proposals that will result as often as possible in a sale.
• Assessing customer needs and resources and recommending appropriate goods and services• Providing data for product design when goods and services must be tailored to the customer’s needs• Writing reports or proposals demonstrating the benefits of using the product or service• Evaluating the installation and maintenance costs of the product or service• Communicating with customers after the sale to resolve issues and following up on them• Resolving technical issues related to products• Training the customer’s staff as needed in products’ use and maintenance
• Professional diploma in refrigeration/plumbing/heating• Excellent knowledge of HVAC-R systems• Interpersonal and communication skills• Comfort with computer systems and internet research• Being results and customer satisfaction oriented• Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively• Analytical, organizational and planning skills
