We are looking for an ERP Solution Analyst. The incumbent of this position will have as their main responsibility to gather the needs of the applicants and transform them into optimal solutions. You will bring your contribution of influence in the best practices in the field of distribution business and the best use of the ERP system.

You, ERP analyst, also called functional analyst or ERP solution analyst, will be responsible for the analysis, design and documentation of technological solutions related to the use and evolution of the ERP in order to meet the needs of our different business lines. You are certainly a good translator or popularizer of technology for users of the system. You are able to translate business requirements into effective solutions with high added value.

You will also have a central and unifying role, in collaboration with the owner of the ERP (PO) and the departmental and technical managers of the system in the evolution of the ERP system. You will bring strong expertise for improvement opportunities.

You will assist your colleagues in the problem solving process, the testing process as well as the training process. You will help improve the management process for ERP requests from different business areas (capturing needs, understanding issues, optimal scheduling, documentation of functional needs and rules to be put in place, quality control).

The constant and dazzling growth of the company brings stimulating opportunities for the evolution of a large part of the technological environment and thus, to review the methods and processes in place in order to support the business entities in achieving business objectives.

Current technologies: ERP (SX enterprise) and booming e-commerce platform.

Principal tasks:

- Support the ERP owner, business partners and the technical team in improving and implementing business solutions or new functionalities in the ERP,
- Be the point of contact supporting clients throughout the initiatives under their responsibility;
- Understand and document current processes in order to optimize certain activities (propose ways to improve the efficiency of the technological components in place);
- Document business and solution requirements in short and concise cases with the relevant acceptance criteria in use an easy and efficient breakdown for the technical team and the understanding of the requester;
- Develop artefacts such as user models, prototypes, process flows, and business rules for clarity of the requirements;
- Collaborate in the implementation of good practices adapted to the company;
- Participate in the planning, maintenance and deployment of quality components.

Requirements:

- College degree / Bachelor's degree in computer science, management computer science or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience on ERP

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

- Be very familiar with the processes and systems related to corporate, manufacturing or distribution management (ERP)
- Master the methods of business and functional analysis of systems and organizational processes related to ERP
- Knowledge of distribution business (B2B environment) – a great asset
- Familiarity with change request management processes and IT project management (an asset)
- Strong knowledge of ERP Infor.Sx enterprise, a great asset.
