Reporting to the Director - Human Resources Business Partnership team, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the human resources strategy in order to foster our high-performance culture for the Central Canada (Ontario) Region.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources management or industrial relations, combined with relevant experience of 5 to 8 years in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role- Bilingual fluency in French and English- Knowledge of provincial employment legislation, in-depth knowledge of human resources practices and policies, particularly in the areas of labor law- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment- Strong aptitude for technology applications- Mentoring and coaching skills with a mature outlook to problem solving- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism- Ability to work proactively and positively as part of a team acting with a sense of urgency- Strong priority management and organizational skills- Ability to analyze and strong judgement- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time within Ontario Canada
