Our applications and projects manager has a thorough knowledge of business sectors and related technologies. He or she contributes to the evolution of the main business applications and manages projects to that end while ensuring stability and business continuity. A detail-oriented innovator, he or she sets the schedules for initiatives and carries them out.

Focused on results and enjoying work, the ideal candidate works closely with the various business lines, external suppliers, and his or her experienced team to deliver high-quality initiatives.

Principal tasks:

• Align, simplify, and optimize business applications based on business strategies and objectives
• Advise and support business lines and external partners in positioning, planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring initiatives under his or her responsibility
• Constantly monitor our business applications by incorporating the team’s ideas to ensure that the company’s needs are met
• Lead the implementation of systems, procedures, and required documentation to ensure quality while minimizing the impact on operations
• Lead an enthusiastic technical team toward new technologies and ways of doing things


• Hold a university degree in computer science or a related field
• Have at least eight years of experience in a similar position
• At least four years of experience in team management in the IT field
• Experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution company or a software development and integration firm
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
• Organized, thorough, and detail oriented
• Be a proven self-starter and team player
• Oral and written bilingualism (French and English)
