Reporting to the Residential Sales Director, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the Residential Sales Team and Residential Dealer Members in inquiries. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of our different residential dealer programs.

Principal tasks:


Administration of Residential Programs:
• Train Residential Dealers in usage of HVAC Navigator platform
• Manage user access for Residential Dealer employees and internal resources in HVAC Navigator platform
• Assist clients with their inquiries and questions
• Assist in dealer renewal process and document distribution to Residential Dealers
• Co-ordinate New Dealer Onboarding System
• Dealer Co-op Program:
o Follow-up with Residential Dealers on CO-OP availability and claims
o Analysis of CO-OP client files
• Management of JCI programs:
o HPP (Home Partner Program)
o New Dealer Programs:
 York KickStart Program (previously Dealer Conversion Program)
 Coleman Contractor Conversion Program
o Dealer Engagement (Loyalty) Program (previously Dealer Retention Program)
o Extractions of data from the Master system
o Verify and imports data into JCI system
o Support the Sales Team on JCI Programs
o Give training to the clients via webinar on Master programs
Support Residential Sales Team:
• Provide support to outside sales team as required
• Provide solutions and answers to clients as required
• Support inside sales team as required
• Assist in pricing management
• Co-ordinate and assist in client communications
