This is an opportunity for a candidate to handle all staffing and recruitment activities for Central and Western Canada. He/she will be the ambassador of our employer brand on the various platforms and create a competitive Master candidate experience. The incumbent will also be responsible for improving the talent acquisition process. In particular, he or she will use his or her ideas and methods to set The Master Group apart in talent attraction, acquisition and retention.
- Attract the best candidates by using and improving the visibility of The Master Group through social networks, the web, and other channels;- Participate in all stages of the talent acquisition process;- Build and maintain a relevant pipeline of candidates;- Identify and manage various pre-qualification tests;- Develop and deliver a unique candidate experience;- Promote career opportunities and maintaining relationships with external partners;- Maintain close and ongoing relationships with managers involved in the recruitment process as well as with client groups;- Develop and maintain relationships with key educational institutions, employment agencies, and other business partners;- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process and monitor best practices and trends in the talent acquisition market;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations, OR any other combination of relevant experience and education;- Knowledge and experience with interviewing techniques and tools- Good knowledge of the Office suite- Knowledge and experience with recruitment techniques via social networks and the use of an ATS;- Dynamic and enthusiastic;- Ability to manage projects simultaneously;- Good verbal and written communication skills, both in French and English (asset);- Organizational and planning skills;- Strong customer orientation;
