Master is setting up a dynamic and mobilized team for the evolution of its ERP. We are looking for a natural leader who will bring the team together around a common goal of improving our ERP. The incumbent of this position will have as their main responsibilities to organize and optimize the team’s work and be a partner of choice to our collaborators in the business units and the owner of the ERP.

The constant and dazzling growth of the company brings stimulating opportunities for the evolution of a large part of the technological environment and thus to review the methods and processes in place in order to support the business entities in achieving business objectives.

Principal tasks:

- You are a collaborative person who knows when to show flexibility and structure to support the ERP owner, business partners and the technical team in the organization and prioritization of projects, evolution and support mandates;

- You are creative and innovative by deploying collaboration mechanisms, monitoring and measuring the quality and performance of the system and the ERP support group. Analyze the results with management and implement corrective measures with an efficient approach;

- You are a natural leader to work with the team in analyzing and solving problems, analyzing trends and avoiding future repetitions;

- Thanks to your active listening, you develop, with the team, an overall vision of the ERP, its evolution, its processes and its governance in order to bring maximum value and return from the ERP for the company;

- You know how to manage ambiguity and adapt to a changing environment in full evolution (or revolution) in order to develop, with the team, an overall vision of the ERP. Your sense of initiative and your communication skills allow you to influence its evolution, its processes and its governance and bring maximum value and return from the ERP to the company;

- You are recognized as a responsible and accountable team member. This will allow you to be a reliable point of contact; accompanying clients throughout the initiatives; managing and tracking the status of initiatives and ensure accountability;

- You are fulfilled when you know you are making a difference and supporting business partners in the success of their operations;

Current technologies: ERP (SX enterprise) and booming e-commerce platform.

Requirements:

- College degree / Bachelor's degree in computer science, management computer science or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in ERP and the distribution market
- 2 to 4 years of experience in team coordination

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

- Be very familiar with the processes and systems related to corporate, manufacturing or distribution management (ERP)
- Knowledge of project methodologies, request management and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of distribution business (B2B environment) – a great asset
- Be familiar with change management processes and effective communication method (an asset)
- Be familiar with the concepts of application governance and measures (KPI)
- Strong knowledge of Infor.Sx enterprise ERP, a great asset.
