Reporting to the Regional Director of Refrigeration, the incumbent will be the communication hub and administrative support to the Central Regions Refrigeration team to ensure the completion and satisfaction for our customers on their purchases. This individual will work closely with the customer, the suppliers, and all internal departments. (Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Credit, Warranty, etc.)

What you will accomplish with us:

• Process (flip) existing quotes from SX Ent. GUI or SST into valid Sales Orders. Work closely with the sales team on customer and order details.
• Process SORM’s for the return of defective or new and unused product including empty cylinders.
• Work with credit on the creation of info-project accounts (details to be supplied by the sales rep)
• Review and revise sales order notes (Projects, Non-Stock Orders, Future Deliveries, Back Orders, etc.) and ensure Warehouse Transfers & Po’s are tied to the orders. Place created WT’s into ship stage to move product accordingly.
• After PO follow up to communicate with all needed parties (Sales Team or Branch staff, Suppliers/Manufacturers, Purchasers, Logistics team, Credit department, Customers) to confirm the information and note accuracy of the existing order.
• Track delivery of equipment and keep customers informed as to lead time status.
• Coordinate Direct Delivery (DO’s) of product by communicating with the purchaser, manufacturer, our logistics team as well as the clients to confirm the date of delivery and other pertinent details. (Needs of the client pertaining to truck details)
• Follow up with Logistics team to ensure details of delivery/pick up are clear and are being completed.
• Manage and solve issues that may arise when ordering or when product arrives on site.
• Assist the estimation team with proposals when possible and answer directly to customers.

What You Bring to Our Team:

• Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset);
• Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Professional phone manner and customer service skills;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
• Problem solving abilities;
• Good sales abilities and persuasiveness;
• Ability to work under pressure unsupervised;
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude;
• Post-secondary education (an asset);
