The role of the Dealer Program Coordinator is a key part of our business as it relates to residential dealer programs business structure. Primary responsibility will be to help the western Canada region provide best in class support for our customer/dealer programs. To work with the team to effectively and efficiently administer and coordinate the existing programs while also looking to enhance or innovate processes and procedures that are consistent with Master Group procedures.

What you will accomplish with us:

• Western Canada regional point of contact for dealer programs
• Administer and implement dealer programs and promotions
- Dealer Enrollments into program
- Process advertising co-op claims and co-op reimbursement
- Create dealer credits for rebate agreements
- Extended warranty plan processing
- Dispersal of cheques
• Provide dealer point of contact support with vendor based websites (JCI Solution Navigator, Channel Fusion and other platforms):
- Delegated administrator responsibility of website user accounts
- Dealer registration
- Dealer user accounts
• Assist dealers and Territory Manager with information and documents
• Responsible for maintaining dealer list database
• Assist with generating sales reports for Managers
• Coordinate and help with sales events and internal employees events
• Other administrative task related to Sales Team and the Managing team
• Assist with branch and dealer events such as home shows, dealer meetings, training, factory tours

What You Bring to Our Team:

• A high emphasis on customer service
• Strong administrative skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (excel, word) and web based software
• A diploma or degree in business administration, marketing or communications preferred
• An understanding of AI and adapting it’s use going forward.
• Able to work adapt role in a rapidly changing environment
• This is English position (but bilingual French and English is preferred)
