What you will accomplish with us:

•Lead and develop a team of transportation agents and drivers, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
•Implement effective transportation plans to ensure timely delivery of products, optimizing routes and minimizing costs.
•Build strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers, monitoring performance and addressing issues promptly.
•Stay informed about transportation regulations and implement necessary adjustments to processes.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve transportation-related challenges and provide insightful reports to leadership.
