As a Guarantees Administrator, you'll be the mastermind behind our claims return process, ensuring everything flows
smoothly according to our impeccable procedures.
Fulltime from Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00

What you will accomplish with us:

-Manage submitted claims, verify their accuracy, and ensure proper follow‑up.
-Communicate effectively to provide manufacturers with all necessary information for warranty processing.
-Act as a pillar of rigor by overseeing the tracking and management of claims and returns with suppliers.

What You Bring to Our Team:

- High school diploma required.
- Experience in customer service, claims, or warranty administration.
- Comfortable using MS Office software (Outlook, Excel) and SharePoint.
- Excellent attention to detail.
