The Project Management Office (PMO) is searching for a senior project manager who will contribute to the achievement of the organization’s strategic projects.
Reporting to the Vice-president, Transformation Projects and Real Estate, the incumbent will collaborate with the business analysis and change management teams, working in close partnership with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization in a fast-paced, geo-diverse environment across multiple business divisions. What you will accomplish with us:

You leverage your project management skills to foster the organization’s ability to succeed, learn, and continuously evolve. Subject matter in your field, you are responsible for the end-to-end project management process.
• Project Management and Performance:
 Assisting business leaders with articulating new project ideas
 Coordinating and mobilizing project teams to deliver initiatives that provide exceptional business value to Master
 Forecasting future resource capacity and reporting on existing resource utilization
 Deploying a structured approach to project execution for all managed projects, aligned with the PMO best practices
 Tracking, measurement, and reporting of project KPIs, presenting accurate representations of project progress, health, risks, and challenges.
• Elevate PMO Capabilities: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO project management methodologies, standards, processes, and best practices that enable effective execution of projects, increase company-wide agility, and support the smooth running of projects undertaken by the organization
• Stakeholder Management: Build and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Risk, Issue, and Scope Management: Anticipate, identify, and assess risks which impact project delivery, ensuring challenges and/or problems are managed in a timely manner through effective mitigation strategies and plans
• Visibility and Communication: Ensure transparency of project performance and actively contribute to the PMO portal, including project related communications
• Project Governance: Ensure that the PMO framework for project oversight is respected and followed
