As IT Infrastructure Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our company by developing and implementing the most appropriate strategies for managing our IT infrastructures.

From supervising technical teams to managing IT projects and optimizing performance, you'll play a key role in promoting innovation and efficiency within the organization.

What you will accomplish with us:

Assessment and strategy development:
- Carry out a comprehensive assessment of current IT infrastructures, including hardware, software, networks and security systems.
- Define short- and long-term strategic objectives for the IT infrastructure in line with overall business goals.
- Identify key stakeholders and gather their input to ensure alignment with business needs.

Policy and procedure development:
- Develop and document IT infrastructure management policies and procedures, including security protocols, data management guidelines and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure that policies comply with current regulations and industry standards.

Team management and collaboration:
- Supervise the technical team responsible for IT infrastructure management, including system, infrastructure and telecom administrators.
- Foster collaboration between team members and with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services.

Delivery of infrastructure initiatives:
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects from start to finish, including new system implementations, upgrades and data migrations.
- Define project scope, budget and schedule, and allocate resources accordingly.

Performance evaluation and optimization:
- Establish metrics to measure the performance of IT infrastructures and evaluate them regularly against predefined benchmarks.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose optimization strategies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and address potential problems.

Supplier management and contract negotiation:
- Manage relationships with IT infrastructure suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Negotiate service contracts to obtain favorable terms and ensure alignment with business requirements and budgetary constraints.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with other IT departments, such as software development and cyber security, on projects and initiatives requiring IT infrastructure assistance.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of IT infrastructure projects, performance and initiatives.

Change management and security:
- Serve as IT ambassador and change agent, advocating the adoption of new technologies and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure the security of the company's IT infrastructure.
Continuous improvement:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT infrastructure team, encouraging innovation and proactive problem solving.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to anticipate future infrastructure needs and optimization opportunities.

What You Bring to Our Team:

- University degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years' professional experience in IT infrastructure management, including demonstrated project leadership and supervision of technical teams
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Experience in planning and managing IT infrastructure budgets
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networks, IT security and data storage technologies
- Communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with suppliers and internal and external stakeholders.
