The Applied Hydronics Product Specialist is the company's resource person in relation to the product lines for which he is responsible. He/she must have at least 5-10 years of experience in the field of heating and hydronic products. The specialist will be involved, jointly with the Product Director, in the marketing of the products for which he is responsible. He/she will be required to travel occasionally to the different business locations of the Master Group to support the sales teams and customers. The specialist will also be a technical resource to help our after-sales service staff resolve site issues when commissioning equipment.

What you will accomplish with us:

Get involved in the marketing of different products.
• Preparation of marketing tools, catalogs and sales guides.
• Coordination with marketing and sales departments.
• After-sales service (coordination with service manager and support from manufacturers).
• Technical training (product, installation, application) and technical product development to support internal teams.
• Replacement parts: Coordination with the company’s various stakeholders.
• Promotion of products throughout Master's sales network.
• Involvement with suppliers to align strategic sales plans and their expectations.
• Be available to support sales in quote preparation as needed.
• Identify the competitive positioning of products.
• Be on the lookout for new technologies and ensure positioning in the market.

What You Bring to Our Team:

Knowledge of MS Office software.
• Mastery and knowledge of technical product applications.
• Technical knowledge of the products represented and the competition.
• Knowledge of the market targeted by these products.
• Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with Master employees and suppliers based in our offices in Ontario, Western Canada and Maritimes, and interactions in French with suppliers and employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
