We are looking for a strong leader to manage operations at our 350,000 sq. ft. facility with over 30 loading docks. Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (No weekends)

What you will accomplish with us:

•Lead, coach, and support the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations
•Oversee inventory flow and shipping processes, optimizing efficiency and accuracy
•Uphold high service standards and handle customer inquiries effectively
•Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performance work environment
•Enforce company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations
•Drive continuous improvements and best practices in warehouse operations
•Conduct team meetings to improve communication and engagement

What You Bring to Our Team:

•Minimum 2 years experience of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
•Experience with ERP and WMS software (Infor knowledge is a plus)
•Ability to manage diverse teams and drive performance
•Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent experience
•Excellent communication and people management skills
•Adaptability to change and a results-driven mindset
