The administrative technician for our credit department acts as a resource person to support the administration and management of credit files. He (she) will have to communicate with various professionals, general contractors and customers in order to gather information relevant to the evaluation and follow-up of files. He/she will be required to perform certain civil liability searches (title searches, property denunciations, etc.) as well as various administrative tasks inherent to the smooth running of the department's operations.
- You will have to carry out various legal searches such as title searches, project denunciations, etc;- You will have to communicate with various stakeholders (customers, general contractors) to open projects in the system and keep files up to date;- In support of the team, you will provide punctual support to our customers.- You'll also perform a variety of tasks related to the smooth running of the department.
- You have completed an AEC or Technical diploma in the legal field (legal assistant).- You are bilingual- You are comfortable using MS Office software- Experience in the construction industry would be an asset- You have an excellent sense of customer service- You are organized and able to coordinate several files simultaneously- You have excellent adaptability skills
