What you will accomplish with us:

•Plan and optimize driver routes to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and safe deliveries.
•Use route planning software to generate efficient schedules that meet operational needs.
•Analyze transportation data to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
•Manage unforeseen events (delays, weather, emergencies) by adjusting routes in real time.
•Coordinate with fleet management teams to maintain schedules and ensure vehicle maintenance.
•Monitor and ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
•Provide regular reports on route efficiency, performance, and cost-saving opportunities.

What You Bring to Our Team:

•Degree in logistics or transport management (preferred).
•Experience in route planning or transport coordination (an asset).
•Proficiency in transport management software and route optimization tools.
•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions.
•Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
•Familiarity with road regulations and transport conditions.
•Comfort using Excel, ERP systems, and digital tools for route management.

Compensation Information:
•Base Salary Range: $53,000 - $66,000 annually
•Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus
