We're looking for someone to join our IT team and ensure the smooth running of our ERP and related software for our distribution business.

What you will accomplish with us:

🔧 Configuration & Maintenance: You'll adjust ERP system settings to meet the needs of our dynamic business;

🔒 User Management: You'll oversee access and ensure a smooth experience for all our users;

📊 ERP environments: You'll manage environments (Production, Tests, Projects) to optimize our operations;

👩‍💻 User support: You'll be the point of contact to help our users use ERP effectively, in collaboration with the solution analyst;

📈 Reports & Dashboards: You'll develop and maintain analytical tools for our various business units;

🔄 Updates & Patches: Collaborating with the Technical Lead, you will plan updates and patches on our Linux and Progress servers;

What You Bring to Our Team:

- Experience & Education: You have between 6 and 9 years' experience as an ERP specialist and a DEC/Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

- Distribution expertise: You have solid experience with ERP systems and distribution processes.

- EDI expertise: You have a thorough understanding of electronic data interchange.

- INFOR knowledge: You are familiar with INFOR SXe, WebUI or CSD and their data structure (an asset).

- Progress programming: You are familiar with the Progress language (an asset).

- Project Management: You have skills in change request management and IT projects (an asset).

- Communication & Listening: You have excellent listening and communication skills, with a keen sense of observation.

- Collaboration: You are actively involved in the IT team, encouraging innovative ideas and customer-oriented service.

- Bilingualism: You are fluent in English and French (or you have a willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with suppliers and Master employees based in our Ontario, Western Canada and Maritimes offices, and interactions in French with suppliers and employees in our local Montreal and Ottawa offices).
