Inside Sales Representative - HVAC

What you will accomplish with us:

• Be the go-to expert, helping customers find the perfect HVAC-R products based on their needs.
• Review and evaluate plans and specs to create the best solutions.
• Work closely on exciting projects with mechanical contractors and engineers.
• Prepare quotes and proposals that impress!
• Create technical drawings and data sheets to keep things moving smoothly.
• Communicate effortlessly with clients, branches, and external reps – you’re the bridge!
• Process orders like a pro, ensuring everyone stays in the loop (purchasing, sales, logistics, customers).
• Offer top-notch after-PO support – we love happy customers!
• Tackle project take-offs with accuracy and make sure everything is on point.
• Solve problems creatively to keep both our customers and team smiling!

What You Bring to Our Team:

• Education in HVAC or a related field – you're not just guessing, you know your stuff!
• Some hands-on HVAC experience (a big plus!)
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel) – you'll work smart, not hard!
• A willingness to dive in and learn more about the industry – we love learners!
• A passion for fantastic customer service – making people happy is your thing!
• Great communication skills – you can chat, write, and explain like a pro.
• You're self-motivated, organized, and ready to take on any challenge!
• You have a knack for problem-solving and can make quick, effective decisions.
