Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will participate in the planning, development and execution of internal communications strategies that support the company's business objectives while maximizing employee engagement. You advise business leaders in the planning and execution of their internal communications strategies, and act as a professional reference in this field. You will participate in the ongoing development of the company's internal communications tools, putting in place mechanisms to measure their effectiveness and making appropriate recommendations for their evolution. You will work closely with the management team, as well as with several teams including: Change Management, Marketing, Human Resources, IT, PMO.

This is a maternity leave replacement for a minimum period of 12 months with the possibility of extension.

What you will accomplish with us:

• Support internal customers in the planning and execution of effective communications strategies and plans tailored to their projects;
• Support the annual internal communications planning process;
• Create bilingual, engaging, effective and efficient content to implement and execute communications plans, including the production of various written content for internal audiences (Intranet, memos, emails, presentations, information meetings, Q&A, notes, etc.);
• Proofread and translate documents into French.
• Design and implement the necessary mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of communications plans, tools and communications, and validate the achievement of results with supervisor and clients;
• Keep abreast of best practices and trends in his/her field, develop communication tools aligned and adapted to the organization.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and participate in the ongoing evolution of internal communications tools.

What You Bring to Our Team:

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related discipline;
• 3-5 years' experience in internal communications;
• In-depth knowledge of various means of communication, including new technologies (videos, 2.0 tools, animated presentations, Web platforms);
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and other presentation tools;
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
• Skilled in developing innovative internal communications strategies that deliver tangible business benefits;
• Demonstrated ability to use new technological media in strategies;
• Excellent writing skills in French and English;
• Autonomy, initiative and judgment;
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team spirit, leadership and dynamism;
• Excellent sense of organization and priorities, and ability to work on several projects simultaneously;
• Curiosity, innovation and creativity.

Compensation Information:
Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually
